I agree. It was not that the Caporalles were bribing At. The issue was the group split and the ones that caused problems with drinking and mayhem formed a new group and tried to get Art to kickout the good group (the Capporales) and let them take over. For this Art was said to have taken a $10,000 "consulting fee."<BR/><BR/>Still, the DA only prosecutes cases they have enough evidence to win.
