Martie, I have a real question for you.I bought a house last year in Spring Lake. I am paying taxes for Parks that were promised to be in during 2008. Now because of the Housing downturn, the parks are on hold permanently. Why am I still paying taxes for a service I am not receiving and will I get a refund? Only some of the walk ways have benn completed, I moved next to a park so my children
