I saw Frank out walking this weekend.Last election Frank got 3,858 just in the 3rd district alone. The 5th district would have more woodland votes than the 3rd I would guess. I am sure Frank has a strong base in the 3rd district as well.It only took 6,589 to become Mayor in the last City election.
