Went to Matt's blog. Read all three documents. The initial letter was adressed to "Whom it may concern". Jeff forwarded the claim to the City manager.How would any one of us respond to a citizen asking us an elected official to investigate a suspicous occurance? Jeff forwarded the information to the appropriate persons. I would expect the Council members to do the same when they are alerted
