"Historic Woodland Downtown Merchants?"Just how old are the members? Ha ha. Sounds like a name Anita would come up with...I give this organization little or no chance. Of course given that Anita and Brenda have worked to undermine and oppose every other effort that's been tried downtown maybe the rats will stay with the ship this time.
