Many o...I have no problem with downtown merchants. Many of them are great people and I hold them in high esteem. Nor would I ever describe them as "rats." But having watched this current bunch who are behind this push undermine and criticize and do everything they could to stop any number of downtown initiatives over the years, I can't stomach this.
