The Forum will include an overview of the surface water project, which is being managed by the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency, a joint powers authority of the Cities of Woodland and Davis.

The Forum will also feature a panel comprised of Woodland Public Works Director Greg Meyer, Woodland City Councilman Bill Marble, Woodland Principal Engineer Doug Baxter, and Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency engineer Jim Yost to answer questions about the project, its costs, and plans to finance it primarily through water rates.
