Letter to Daily Democrat: Council needs to listen to Woodlanders

From the Woodland Record:

Although the content of the editorial never specified how Woodlanders don't let city official know what they want, the title makes that insinuation in regard to planning issues. Of course when it comes to planning, the city council has shown a strong tendency to listen only to themselves and on Sacramento developer. Here is a letter in response to that article:"

The second by local developer and Woodland resident Ron Caceres to renovate and restore the historic State Theatre to its original elegance while incorporating a modern ten screen theatre.
