Norteño Vasquez faces life for shooting his pot dealer in the back and asking homies to mess with witnesses
From Yolo County, District Attorney:
On March 22 a Yolo County jury convicted 22 year-old Woodland resident Anthony Vasquez of robbery and attempting to dissuade a witness.
On May 5, 2008, Vasquez, a Norteño gang member, made arrangements to buy marijuana from the victim. When the victim arrived to meet him for the sale, Vasquez got into the back seat of the victim's car. As the victim began to show the marijuana to Vasquez, Vasquez grabbed the marijuana and shot the victim in the chest from the back seat. Vasquez then returned to a party he had been at earlier. The victim underwent hours of surgery to repair damage from the bullet that pierced his lung. Authorities looked for Vasquez for six months before finally finding him hiding in a local hotel room.

That's interesting. I keep reading comments like yours but I've never seen read anywhere that Sullivan states we don't have a gang problem.

Here is a way to stimulate the economy and get rid of the convicted killers and thieves. Reinstitue public hangings. Once a week we take one of these people that are convicted, invite all of the citizens from the surrounding communities to come and watch and make a day of it.
You're assuming people get a death sentence. It appears if you murder someone you only get ten years. See the other post, which I thought would have many more comments.
Thats what Im saying I dont understand this tyown or country anymore they are out of touch with reality.
