Thanks be to the bee

When we sit down to give thanks at the traditional Thanksgiving dinner, we should also be thanking the honey bee.

“A substantial portion of the meal is pollinated by the honey bee,” said UC Davis Cooperative Extension apiculturist Eric Mussen.
