Marble wants to stop robbing Peter to pay Paul (aka state pilfering)

From the Woodland Record – Letter to the editor:

The time has come for voters to say NO to the State of California and STOP the continued State pilfering of local revenues. We must put an end to the legislature’s irresponsible practice of raiding, seizing, diverting, borrowing, suspending, transferring, shifting or otherwise taking local taxpayer dollars. Robbing Peter to pay Paul never works!

It’s no secret that local government budgets are stretched to the breaking point. Unfortunately, no single panacea has emerged that will allow us to easily balance city and county budgets. The process is painful for all of us.

I'd like FEMA to stop robbing Woodland to pay for Louisianas Lap dances and Gucci bags with our "flood" (remember this is the 3rd year of the drought) premiums.

If you are complaining that you have to purchase flood insurance. At 63 feet you do not need flood insurance.

It is easy to have your property removed from the flood map area.

You mean Paul as in Paul Petrovich robbing the community? We're the Peters taking it

How is Paul building his Mall enterprise in the flood zone? The DEEP FEMA flood zone in Woodland Ca?

What about all the fill they are adding across the freeway?

Has FEMA commented on this and the poor people that will ahve to pay more insurance in the Springlake area.

Did he pay off a Peter in the building dept?

Could possibly the FEMA Scam is same as the "global warming scam" aka "climatechange" scam.

Check it out at http://msc.fema.gov/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/MapSearchResult?storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&userType=G&panelIDs=0604260410C&Type=pbp&nonprinted=&unmapped=

There is no rhyme nor reason how this map came about. It's a out of control bureauacracy that takes from these americans and gives to those americans in Lousiana over and over and over...
