Opera House hauntedness to be investigated tonight

Excerpt from "Ghosts are part of the scenery at Woodland Opera House" by Erin Tracy at the Daily Democrat:

The Woodland Opera House has long been viewed by some as haunted. The culprit -- the only Woodland firefighter to be killed in the line of duty. William W. Porter died during a massive fire in 1892 that destroyed the theater located in the space now occupied by the opera house. [Great story, Erin!]

Photo of the month from AP-Investigations.com:

Woodland Opera House: This picture was taken with two witnesses on each side. There is a series of three pictures in total. I took the picture because I felt there was a woman moving up the isle. This was taken at noon, with no flash, on a tripod. What is seen is normally what I "see" in my mind's eye, but never visible to anybody else. That is until this picture.

The message on the marquee in front of the opera house has an August-September date for shows. Was this the supposed Halloween overnight? Looks fishy.

SCEPTIC and proud of it.

I find it incredible since the TV phenomena of Ghost Hunters how many "Investigation Groups" have popped up all over the place.

And none of them investigate places that simply aren't haunted...it's bad for business to call someplave "normal" rather than paranormal.
