By Hell Chronicles up and running again
A Yolo County blog has resurfaced. After only three posts up to May of this year - with no stories between then and August - By Hell has six posts this month. Here's a taste:

School District Does It AGAIN!
Excerpt: As is well known, the Woodland School District has decided to ELIMINATE pay for all Freshman Sports coaches.
Woodland Redevelopment funds lost
Excerpt: This is a diversionary tactic, in that the funds will be taken from tax increment funds which come to redevelopment when property taxes are paid and rather giving the money for "School Districts and housing in redevelopment project areas".

Is it nonsense to call attention to reckless spending? As to the local issues, By Hell mentioned the RDA and the school district.
The City of Woodland/RDA is hellbent on spending millions of dollars on a downtown garage for the state and a theater developer AND the school district was hellbent on acquiring the Blue Shield building – for which they are now paying twice as much for the lease – and four of the seven trustees got what they wanted with no regard for public money.
But you're right... right wing is usually the label used for tax watchdogs.
Like CNN's racist black guy legally carrying an AR-15 in compliance with Arizona State law and Second Amendment, that female reporter was all most frothing at the mouth over the fact that Presidents get shot,(planes go down, cars drive off roadways, building collapse)ofcourse it was a racist gun toter (edited to not show hands or face in a long sleeved white dress shirt and dress slacks.

Hopefully the public doesn't forget all the crap that the Fab Four pulled. The 2008-09 Grand Jury didn't forget: "An additional recommendation of the 2007-2008 Grand Jury was that the Board take formal minutes of all of the deliberations carried out in the closed sessions allowed under the Brown Act.
