New Woodland Courthouse and Downtown Garage projects by the numbers (continued)

Of concern... the previous Journal posting listed "14 to 16" as the numbers of courtrooms "the New Woodland Courthouse project will include depending on the source." Here is some clarification based on communication this week:

On 12/31/08 Kelly Quinn[*] indicated to me that the New Woodland Courthouse project includes 14 courtrooms.
On 11/4/08 Kelly indicated the total project budget is $172,400,000.
Are these numbers still accurate? I've been hearing that the courthouse project now includes 16 courtrooms. That number is also mentioned in the three options listed in the project feasibility report.

To answer your questions: We plan to have 14 courtrooms. The total estimated cost for the Woodland courthouse project is $172.9 million.
