First Friday event: Metal artist Gutermute at the Studio Artists Gallery

This First Friday the Studio Artists Gallery is hosting a great and unique metal artist, Taylor Gutermute. The reception, from 6 to 9 pm, will be your opportunity to see art work, meet the featured artist, munch on goodies and visit with fellow art lovers.

Gutermute has a Master of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She has completed two public art works through the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission “Art in Public Places” program. One is in Park Plaza on West El Camino and Truxel Avenues and the other at the intersection of Highway 160 and Del Paso Boulevard as part of the new redevelopment and cityscape project.
