I figured it out

I have been reading and pondering why Matt Rexroad has been posting about his workouts. It almost motivated me but I could never figure out what he was up to. Was he just feeling old now that he is 40? Was he called by Obama for a secret mission deep in Iraq? Was he getting rolls on the back of his neck? What the heck could it be?

Tonight I got my answer. Basketball season is here and he has been preparing in hopes of winning a game this year. That's right, he has been doing pull ups and push ups and running/walking to get in shape for the battles to be on the hardwood.

Being a basketball fan myself and a player as well, I cracked open my schedule and who do I see? I will be playing against Mat Rexroad himself. How could this be? Well this year only 9 total teams signed up for the D league. So they had to combine all of the teams into one night. So we will have the worst teams and the best teams matching up. We are somewhere in the middle, not sure where Rexroad's team will land this year.

So stay tuned for the battle of the bloggers on the basketball court. I will have my camera and video camera on hand for some up close action. Should be exciting. I better start my push up and pull ups right now.
