Thank you for posting this Dino

After reading the report-

The only acceptable resolution to this is for the four trustees to resign, effective immediately.

This report clearly identifies incompetence, deception, outright, obstruction, and malfeasance.

Thank you to the "few noted exceptions", Mr. Villagrana, Mr. Berg and Mr. Glover for doing their job while the other failed miserably.

Can the district get the money Mr. Sheldon was paid for appearing in front of the grand jury, since it seem sit was his bad advice and conflicts of interest that contributed to this mess.

I find it ironic the the fab four and the Supt. post the dollar figure this investigation cost our children, for it seems it was all of their fault.

Oh, yes, I forgot the rule from this group. Blame the public for questioning their government's wrong deeds. I gather this group will now blame the DA for investigating and prosecuting murders for the cost to the public coffers.

Some of the "FAB FOUR" are already beating their chests, waving their arms and Shouting about the cost of a Recall.

I don't look at RECALL as PUNISHMENT... it's more like INSURANCE........SO THEY CAN'T
DO ANY MORE DAMAGE.

NO MORE.....FROM THE "FAB FOUR"
We've had enough !!!

Can we trust those numbers in the paper today now that we know that they exaggerated the hazards of the Cottonwood building?

The trust in the district is gone. Nothing that comes from any of the four trustees or the district office can be trusted without a thorough cleaning of the house.

Hey Jim Smith, how is your reporter going to spin all this good news. I can't wait laugh my ass off on how you and your cronies are going to try and spin all this. Just report the facts Jim, please try that for once!

You thought wrong. Look at the date on the first page.

The Grand Jury Report is always released the last day of the fiscal year. Look at the website and you will see June 30.

Anon 11:02 - Good point!

Jim Smith - you are challenged to twist this report and change the facts to protect the elected officials that have been caught in some major inabilities to provide the truth to the public.

Resignation would be the best for all 4. Why continue to hold your board positions with a level of zero confidence.

This has convinced me to help on the recall.

Although I would like to take credit for posting this link, please note that The Realist was the one on the ball. We'll be posting another blurb shortly. Thanks Realist!

I think that the Fairfield school district superintendent job just became available.

Those board members in fairfield really need to take a real close look at the grand jury report. I also think that someone should look in administration creditaling for the supt. She withheld information from the board members.

I have supported these four board members on this blog. I have taken shots a individuals that called for their recall, specifically Dudly Holman.

After reading this report, I will now admit I was wrong.

These four, especially Carol-Souza Cole need to resign. They have embarrassed this community, and I am ashamed that I have supported them this long.

You have another supporter for removing them form office.

Ditto! to the above comment

Only exception I did not support carol souza cole ever. I have worked with her in the past and I know all to well just how she operates.

Exellent job on the investigation Grand Jury and others.

What I really like is the letter from the foreman. That is a really well written letter and makes me feel good inside about the function of the Grand Jury. Thank you guys for your service.
